A source in Yemen confirms to Al Mayadeen that US and UK ships headed to “Israel” have declined in an unprecedented way after the Israeli aggression on Hodeidah.
A Yemeni source confirmed to Al Mayadeen today that the number of US, UK, and “Israel”-bound ships has decreased dramatically following the Israeli aggression on Hodeidah. The source noted there was a degree of “panic and caution” among these ships and their companies.
The source stated that the continued flow of US naval vessels to the region “only strengthens Yemen’s resolve, which cannot be reversed until the aggression on Gaza is halted.”
The Yemeni Armed Forces’ operations in the declared operational area are “ongoing, escalating, and precise,” the source said.
Arab and foreign communities in Sanaa: For the stability of Yemen
Meanwhile, Arab and foreign communities residing in Yemen affirmed their commitment to supporting peace and stability efforts in Yemen.
In a statement during the Arab and Foreign Communities Forum in Sanaa, the communities said they witnessed the suffering of the Yemeni people as a result of the war and blockade, calling on all Yemeni parties to engage in serious dialogue to reach a political solution to the Yemeni crisis in order to preserve the unity, sovereignty, and stability of Yemen.
It also affirmed its absolute solidarity with the Palestinian people in their just struggle to restore their legitimate rights and establish their independent state with al-Quds as its capital.
The Arab and foreign communities in Sanaa strongly condemned all forms of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people, their land, and holy sites.
In this context, they called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities and pressure “Israel” to stop its grave violations of international law and the Geneva Conventions.
It is noteworthy that the Yemeni Armed Forces continue to target ships associated with the Israeli occupation in the Red Sea in support of Gaza, as well as US and British ships, in response to the renewed US-British aggression against Yemen.
Yemeni air defenses have so far shot down several US-made MQ9 spy planes since the Yemeni Support Front began its operations in support of the Gaza Strip, most recently over the airspace of Saada governorate in northern Yemen on August 4.
The armed forces emphasize that their operations will continue until the US-backed Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip is halted.
